Mr. Tolbert is the Controller of DC Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Tolbert served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Spectrum Group where he was responsible for the company’s overall financial operations. Prior to his career in finance Mr. Tolbert served in the United States Army as an enlisted serviceman providing support for intelligence operations.

Mr. Tolbert holds a B.S. from George Mason University in Biomedical Engineering.
