We have extensive experience and a successful track record investing in the Government and Engineering sectors. These sectors are extremely large and very fragmented, consisting of dozens sub-sectors and markets. Each sector includes thousands of U.S.-based lower middle market companies that operate in markets that collectively represent approximately more than $700 billion in annual spending. These businesses often generate revenue from numerous, long-term contracts providing a high degree of visibility, predictability and stability of cash flow streams compared to other markets.
We utilize a proven, repeatable Strategic Process that we follow on every investment opportunity. Our process has been honed over more than three decades and we are constantly refining our process to ensure we continue to generate above market returns for our stakeholders. The Strategic Process begins with sourcing investment opportunities, continues with evaluation of each opportunity, the implementation of DC Capital’s Strategic Plan after investment, and finally exiting the investment.
