Mr. O’Connor is a Partner at DC Capital Partners, where he is responsible for the origination, execution and management of investments across the firm’s core markets. He works closely with portfolio company management teams on operational execution, financial strategy, and value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining DC Capital in 2022, Mr. O’Connor served as Chief Financial Officer of a portfolio company of the firm, where he oversaw financial operations, strategic planning, and core business management functions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. O’Connor was Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at a private equity–backed government services company, where he played a key role in executing add-on acquisitions, structuring financings, and supporting strategic planning and exit readiness.

Mr. O’Connor previously served as an investment banker at Jefferies, advising clients on financings and capital markets transactions across multiple industries, including the aerospace, defense, government services and engineering sectors.

Mr. O’Connor is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
