DC Capital Partners Announces Exit of AMA Group
Alexandria, VA (August 23, 2024) – DC Capital Partners (“DC Capital”) announced today that it had completed its sale of AMA Group to Legence. DC Capital originally acquired AMA Group in October 2019, partnering with Founder and CEO Arthur Metzler and his management team to lead the company through their next phase of growth. Over the last five years DC Capital and AMA Group developed and executed a strategic plan that expanded the company’s capabilities, introduced AMA Group to new geographies, enhanced the company’s blue chip customer base and established a corporate infrastructure that could accommodate the growth profile of the business.
