Mr. Sipa is the Controller of DC Capital Partners.

Prior to joining DC Capital, Mr. Sipa was with Aldrich Capital Partners where he led accounting, reporting and related LP communications, overseeing the overhaul and standardization of finance operations and associated processes. Prior to this he was the Senior accountant for The Carlyle Group , managing financial reporting across the European Buyouts and Real Estate group of funds. Mr Sipa started his career as a Junior Accountant and eventually Lead Accountant for BNY Mellon covering US equity and fixed income fund reporting, as well as participating  in client lift outs, onboarding, and systems integration efforts.

Mr. Sipa holds a B.S. in Financial Economics with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
