Mr. Goldstein is a Partner at DC Capital Partners. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments as well as providing operational support to existing portfolio companies.

Since joining DC Capital Partners in 2020, Mr. Goldstein has been involved in more than 15 platform investment and add-on acquisitions, numerous financings, and the sales of Pond Holdings, LLC and PBK Architects, Inc. Mr. Goldstein currently serves on the Board of Directors of Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC and PK Companies, LLC.

Prior to joining DC Capital Partners, Mr. Goldstein was an investment banker at Jefferies LLC, where he advised clients on more than 20 M&A and capital markets transactions which totaled  approximately $15 billion across the Aerospace, Defense, Government and Engineering Services sectors. During his time at Jefferies, Mr. Goldstein worked closely with the DC Capital Partners team on transactions related to Michael Baker International, Acuity International (f/k/a Caliburn International), and other M&A and debt financing pursuits.

Mr. Goldstein received a B.B.A degree, cum laude, with a major in Finance and a double minor in Accounting and Economics from the College of William & Mary.
