Mr. O'Connor is the Chief Financial Officer of DC Capital Partners.
Previously, Mr. O’Connor served as Chief Financial Officer of Acuity where he was responsible for the company’s overall business management function, which included all financial operations and financial strategy activities.
Prior to Acuity, Mr. O’Connor was VP, Finance & Corporate Development for another private equity backed government services provider where he helped to lead the acquisition and financing of multiple add-ons, in addition to working with the company on potential strategic exit opportunities. He also spent seven years as an investment banker with Jefferies, where he led over 50 financings, many of which were in the aerospace, defense and government services markets, raising over $16 billion.
Earlier in his career, Mr. O’Connor held multiple roles within the business management team at Northrop Grumman, including program finance, pricing, financial planning roles within an airborne radar systems business unit. He also held financial planning and corporate development roles at the corporate headquarters.
Mr. O’Connor is a certified public accountant who holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
