Ms. Chang is an Associate at DC Capital Partners. She supports investor relations and the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments, as well as supporting existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining DC Capital Partners, Ms. Chang was an Associate at KippsDeSanto & Co. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Capital One), where she advised on mergers and acquisitions in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services markets.

Ms. Chang holds an M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith Business School and a B.S. degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.
